DELIVERY METHODS
Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 2 times over 2 days (8.00 am to 6.00pm ) after which the item will be cancelled.
Pickup Stations: The delivery time is the period from when you place your order to when you receive an email, SMS or app notification that your order is ready for pickup. Ensure you pickup your item within 5 days, otherwise it will be cancelled.
Business days are from Monday to Saturday and do not include Sundays or public holidays.
